I’ve been going here all of my life finally switching they are the worst there is no communication even with trying to get your results for any test it’s impossible to get in contact with the office, nurse and doctors. No one ever returns calls, appointments are so far away and they way they talk to the patients as if they are gross bugs is crazy. You can’t get familiar with a doctor because they switch up so much.Ms. Patty who watched me grow and now deals with my child is probably the only doctor left who I’ll let see my child she reason I still come here for service.

I’ve been a patient here since I was 14, well before they moved to 9th street location and I can honestly say that a lot has changed. The renovations are great, SOME new practitioners however lack professionalism discussing ppi amongst each other with no intent of proper treatment is very distasteful. It’s also very disappointing to have been happy with this office before, now no one cares to do follow up calls or check on their patients. As a health care worker I understand the work load can be stressful at times but I am very unhappy with my recent visits here.

Overall I like going to the Facility but what irritates me is the lack of not knowing the patients and the changing of the doctors. They always mixes me and my sister up and I would like to always stay with the same doctor I hate telling my life story over and over again. thank you for the services and keep up the good work

Very good personality? They help people. And I like this place
Medicare and Medicaid also private insurance. They also help you with fees if you dont have insurance. Meaning a sliding scale is used base on your income
It's called doctor and patient communication the patient has to give okay for that agent to be in that room with them
Yes, as long as they are accompanied by an adult
Nope, you still have to pay a $10 copay to see a doctor and small fees for blood work etc. if you don't have insurance. Walk in hours are 8:00- 8:30am or 1:00pm
I'd call their landline and ask the desk if it's not listed
