The building is old and seems to have an 80’s structure, but it was updated inside and I loved the suite layout. Nice location and nice view of the Santa Monica pier.

The valet parking was excellent. The check in was fast. The room and view was perfect to our profile (High Floor). We got a room on the 8th floor with a great ocean/city view. The people were great, beaches and restaurants all within 5-7min walking distance!!!

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was super helpful. The minute that we arrived valet was also super helpful. We did order room service one night. It came exactly how we ordered it. Just a great overall experience I wish I would’ve gotten a chance to use the pool, but we were so busy running around. I did get a chance to use the fitness room. It was wonderful. Loved the location it was five minutes from Santa Monica pier

There is a golf cart style shuttle that can get you around and I believe a shuttle to and from airport by request.
Was $39 +tax. Use the covered multi storey parking across the road... $14 for 24 hours. Don't be ripped off like we were!
I haven't been there in a couple of months but it was $30/night if I recall correctly. Nice hotel, get the Presidential Suite if available!

It was 39 a night
There is one laundry room on the 3rd floor. One washer, one dryer, always busy. That is the only complaint I have about this hotel. Also, the valet parking is mandatory and $39 per day. Lot across the street is $14 per day.
