As a handicapped person not being able to get inside the bank to take care of my business is unexceptional...They shoveled the snow for people that can walk in but not wide enough for a wheelchair... We arrived early my husband went in to get a shovel... Brandon the manager said they would have Sherry come out to my car...A business of this caliber should be able to be accessed by all not just people that can walk.

Really struggle to ever have a good experience at this branch. Consistent ATM problems ( I will never deposit cash at the ATM again). Extremely poor customer service in drive thru and inside branch.

Chase over the phone is no help at all they have no empathy what people are going through right now I can't wait to be done with them

I’m starting to really hate Chase. So now they decide to close their lobby and change there hours without a notice to the public. If I can change my accounts right now I would. Some businesses shine during this Covid-19 others you wish you never did business with.
