The guy at the counter that morning of May 23, was very very rude......I was so disappointed ... I chose to use that place over 3 hours away while we were in that area. That afternoon when I came to get my phone, he was at the counter again....RUDE again. Never acknowledged me, just walked by me. I assumed he saw me and went to get my phone....but nope.. So another older man walked by and said is someone helping you. I said I think so. Then I said I really don't know, he didn't acknowledge me and this morning he was very rude. And I will not ever come back. I just want my phone. This older guy was wonderful. He came back to the counter, went and got my phone and it looked great. Meanwhile the rude guy leaves and goes and gets in a car. I got my phone and left.

It depends on what you need fixed. Asurion, the insurance company works with ubreakifix for samsung products. They also have the option of buying a policy that covers up to 100-300 dollars worth of damage. I believe for $300 of coverage, it is around $65 .
Diagnostic test is free. I actually went up there about a week ago with my sons ps4 his fell off the shelf and the door wouldn't open and there was something else but he ran test & said the only thing it needed was updated & he did it. Didn't charge me but $10 cuz he liked me. LOL GREAT customer service I like the atmosphere
They offer free diagnostics so that should get you started!
Please call the store. I'm just a customer myself. I'm sure that they will replace the battery for you even if they have to order it. I don't know the number off hand so Google them.

Typically, most phone repairs have taken about 2 hours or less. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they have the part
