Extreme Towing is reliable, dependable, honest & trustworthy. When you experience a car breakdown & you’re standing by the side of the road waiting for tow service, every minute feels like eternity. You feel very unsafe being out in the open that an unexpected event like another car may accidentally hit you or an unknown individual with nefarious reasons may hurt you or your family. You just feel vulnerable. So the sooner you get out of there the better .Also, the sooner you get your vehicle to the repair shop the better. So a mechanic can find out what can be done to fix your car. So having a dependable roadside assistance like GOODSAMS and a dependable friendly Towing service like Extreme Towing , It makes it easier to go through this tough times. I would highly recommend Extreme Towing because they were very conscientious in getting in touch with us and keeping us up to date as to his ETA. Tom the driver, was also prompt and competent in his job. Knows what he’s doing. He got our vehicle safely to the Auto Repair shop in a timely manner. We were very happy with their service.

Terrible tow company and people. I had to be life flighted from ice house road due to an accident. Once I finality made it out of the hospital. Little did I know. They stole all valuables out of my truck and tried to blame it on my parents. Also, when I was finally physically able to make it up there. I spoke with a lady at the front desk..she literally caught herself reading items on my vehicle inventory list that they took then recanted what she said and tried to play dumb. I was able to track my Samsung Galaxy watch to there shop. I also had a Milwaukee 1/2" impact with wireless tracking capabilities (One-Key). Fast-forward to a year later. I got a notification thru my app that my impact was found at a pawn shop in Carson city, Nevada and what do you know..it was pawned by a lady from Placerville. Along with many other tools you find in trucks. Also, they do not secure any vehicles. As there is and has been many holes in there fencing..with notice..and no concern or effort to fix the problem. I feel they use that as an excuse to try to exclude themselves from accountability. So..once I started a police report leading to an investigation...they start sending threatening letters and phone calls...seems like more than a coincidence to me. Just trying to warn others..but seems like they take advantage because they are they main tow company there. So we will see..just be warned and goodluck. Update: as you can see..they replied with there text book lie. Also my windows had nothing to do with the holes in your fence and when informed about the issue they just blew it off and it's still not fixed. I probably would be more inclined to believe you...if you (the owner) didn't come out and specifically say.."maybe if you paid your bill in full..I'd maybe look into it. But what do you expect?" But I'm sure you deny that as well.
