WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER—Kaiser Optical at Riverside/Cirby, Roseville. It should only be half of a star! Kaiser member for over 40+ years. I have never experienced such poor customer service. It’s the worst $1,000.00 I have ever spent for two pairs of glasses. I am very disappointed, I even cancelled my upcoming contact fitting appointment. Don’t waste your valuable time and money at this location you will regret it!!

I am a kaiser member. They left me a message that my Aug 10th appointment has been cacelled. Please call and reschedule.. I have tried twice to call and line always busy. No explanation as to why it was cancelled and by whom.

Hi Joseph, Our Optician service is on a first-come basis. You can book eye exams with an Optometrist at our website, kp2020.org.
Hi Vicki, You can make an Optometry appointment by going to kp2020.org and clicking "Book an Eye Exam." Consultations with our Opticians, however, are on a first-come basis during business hours.
