I’ve been stuck with this company for 8 years. I just filled out an app for another company. They NEVER come fill my tank when I call. The lady in the office is ridiculous and extremely rude. She’s the reason I always get skipped over because she never fills out a ticket when I call. I called Monday morning, it’s now Friday, and still nothing. I have 3 kids that are going to freeze when we run out of LP over the weekend.

Hello Phillip - If there is a tank on your property that you do not own, it is likely it belongs to a propane company that has provided service to the property. It is illegal for propane to be put into or taken out of a propane tank without the tank owner’s permission, but if you want to set up service with Hicksgas, give us a call. Once your account is set up, we can bring you a new tank, and move the old tank to a convenient location for your old provider to have it picked up.
