Awesome staff. I'm from Arkansas working here. Got my passport renewed easily! And have a po box.

This is a rural post office, so check your city attitude at the door. The ladies working are awesome, super helpful, and do their best with what they have. Most times I have to wait an extra day after Amazon says a package has been delivered, but like I said, rural PO with a small but friendly staff. If you’re an a**hole (tourist or not), don’t expect them to be saints to you. You get the service you deserve.

First of all, there aren't enough explicit words in the english dictionary to describe the absolute insanity that is this company. You can't get in touch with anyone unless you drive your happy self to their front door, of which, is always closed. STOP using covid as a pathetic excuse to not answer the phone. I hate you. Sincerely, a desperate man for human interaction
Mike
Stopped in to send bear spray back to my hometown which I always do with USPS (multiple times per year each year). The lady working the desk was indirectly rude and disrespectful. First of all she did not assist at all with helping me get a shipping label (no paper, sticker/label, zero advice). Went and took care of this on my own and return and she says “sorry you didn’t print the label to show it is hazardous”. She never told me this in the first place and NO post office has ever had this done. For some reason she wanted to be difficult and rude, maybe it made her feel better about herself? Took this to Ennis and they shipped it without questions. How does that make sense - she LIED. Don’t go here unless you want to deal with miserable people!

Waiting for a package from Chicago for Christmas so hopefully I can get it
Yes it does, it is frequently used in that purpose by thru hikers, and employees that work in Yellowstone national park.
