Phone works like new again, the battery is lasting a day and a half already and the new back cover is sealed expertly. As someone who used to fix phones and electronics I'd definitely recommend and use Asurion again, especially since I don't have the time to fix my phone myself anymore.

Get your quote in writing!!! I had one problem after the next with my repair. Not the least of which was charging me almost $70 over initial quote. They told me the person giving me my qoute didn't put it into the computer and they did make an adjustment but it was still more than what I was told to expect. Had they been honest I would have purchased a new phone! I had to make six round trips to the store. Due to lies and incompetence. I love to list them all but it's too much for one review. They told me one flat out lie after the next. I'm still debating making a complaint with the BBB. Honestly, I believe what they are doing rises to the level of being criminal. Because it took so long by the time my phone was ready I was scheduled to leave town the same day otherwise I would have demanded they just put the old screen on and gone elsewhere.
