I was playing with my location settings on my iPad and noticed that somehow I changed the settings that prevented my location from being tracked. The tech was able to easily fix the issue and also mentioned there was a setting in the app that also needed to be selected in order for my location to be correctly tracked. Who knew! Thanks again for your help with this issue.

From my experience with this at this store and at others, the cost of repair is very specific to the make and model of phone and if it's just glass or LCD damage. Only way to know for sure is to bring it in.

Hi Armando, sorry but we don't offer bypasses for iCoud activation locks. We can provide cell plan unlocks if there's no contract in place that would otherwise prevent us (for example, if you buy a phone with a 2 year plan from AT&T but you still have 5-6 months left on the plan, we would have to wait until the time is up on that plan).
