On 9/25/22, I arrived around 10:25 pm. The worker Lewis stated the last load to wash is at 9 pm. I asked what time did they closed and he said 11 pm. His tone was a little sarcastic and rude. I’m not sure if that is his personality, but I think I might be submitting a compliant about his customer service.

I have done laundry their for a long time i am homeless I never do anything wrong why are they locking the bathroom when I get there. Why am I being treated like that this is discrimination because I am homeless.
