The counter tonight was ran by 5 teenagers . One teenager in particular was rude with no manners. Young blonde female, who's response to everything was "yep" . Ice cream served by her was already melted . The line was almost out the door. One of the employees, a young boy was just standing behind the counter talking and distracting the girls who were trying to help customers . If this is the future of customer service , we are all in for a real ride the next 10 years

We came today on a busy Saturday night. When I say BUSY, I mean line all the way to the outside of the store. The staff was working hard there were about 4-5 employees and they were in my opinion doing the best they could. We had Bryce and Ashlei help my family, there were so patient considering I had a 3 and 7 year old. I want to thank both Bryce and Ashlei for their kindness, great service and friendliness despite being under a lot of pressure for the amount of people, I think they did exceptional work. Keep it up guys ! All rushes are temporary , you guys killed it 😀
