Very clean and a nice facility and washed the bathroom tens very well. My big complaint was how I had to overspend on the MANDATORY card to wash and dry my cloths and now I have funds left that I can’t use unless I go back. You can only purchase in certain $ increments which automatically makes you loose money. Won’t go back.Thank you for taking the time to compliment our facility! The laundry cards you are referring to are, themselves, free and you are welcome to add as little as $1 at a time with cash. If you choose to use the convenience of our debit/credit feature, our system only allows us to provide preset dollar amounts. We have recently changed our preset minimum from $10 down to $5 to be more accommodating to customers who need to add less to their card. If you are ever have concerns or trouble with something during your visit, our number is on the door and we answer calls 24/7. Thank you.

I used the lefthand top loader washer and it was spinning even it was on "rinse, " cycle". I used 5 dryers from 2-7 & only 2, 5 & 6 worked properly. Lost 30 minutes on the others since they weren't drying. I wish you could have the option to add $5 with debit vs only the cheapest $10 option. Everything is electronic
