Horrible rude staff even the store manager is rude! Ordered on my app and went through drive thru just to be told I had to go inside to get my drink. I guess a half hours isn’t enough time to make a drink?? When I explained I couldn’t I have a small child and it’s raining out she said she couldn’t help me. I ended up having to go in to get my drink refunded and the manager was extremely rude too! Gave attitude rolled eyes… never again they need new staff and a new store manager! Not to mention this isn’t the first time I’ve have had this older lady be so rude to me

We visit this location a few times a week and have a favorite barista..Bree..she is always consistent with her drinks, they are always super delicious and she is by far the friendliest girl there!

Drinks are great but please we need some common sense here. How are we supposed to drink this with a straw that is shorter than the cup? And it seems to happen all the time.
