Income based. Apartments are over priced when compared to other apartment communities with pools, jogging tracks, weight, rooms, etc. It is one of the better maintained section 8 housing projects. At over 980 dollars a month it should be.Well over a dollar a square foot per month .The management averages being in your apartment about seven times a year. Not counting maintenance orders.Management does keep up with maintenance.That is why so many inspections.If you have a lot of out of pocket medical costs, it is hard to get management to deduct it from your rent per HUD guide lines. Even with canceled checks.I am up for re- certification in August. I will let you know how it goes. They went down a star because of out of pocket medical, lets see how re-certification goes.It is what it is. This is a good place to live if you have no income.

One of the best apartments I have ever lived in! They are very professional, caring, kind and affordable! They have 2 bedroom Townhouses that are very nice and have updated appliances. Maintenance is great and always takes care of things. Management is wonderful and friendly! This place feels like home.
