Either way it’s the same person who we are talking about and he has amazing customer service. We went in for a mattress for my son’s new bed and we were amazed at how quickly and efficient he was. He even cheered my son up with a balloon. He didn’t try to force us into buying the most expensive mattress and we got in the middle price range for his mattress. This guy had a great spirit and attitude. Will be back for future mattress needs!

We had the most amazing experience with Stephen. We had his undivided attention and were treated like royalty. He showed us several options of each model explaining in detail the differences; then took us back through to narrow it down. He knew our sleep patterns and issues without even knowing us, just by our sleep positions; even providing the appropriate pillows. We walked in thinking we might try a couple and leave. We left with a new bud and an out of this world mattress and adjustable frame on order for the most insane deal you could imagine. I don't think we will be able to sleep until it comes knowing the luxury that awaits us. I would recommend for anyone considering a new mattress to go to this store and speak to this guy! You will not be disappointed and your body will thank you!
