Newest Review 9/11/2022. I left a review earlier, and I’m adding more! After messing my order up on a Freestyle Libre I arrive today to get everything corrected. As I arrive a young black lady is taping up a “Closed For Lunch” note. She then States sir we are close for lunch, I ask why don’t you guys work shifts, like half of you go to lunch and then the other half go to lunch. She says it’s Kroger policy we all go to lunch at the same time, so they close the pharmacy for a half an hour in the middle of the day every day. I said I own three offices and all my employees go to lunch at different times so as not to affect the customers. She’s like we don’t do that. I’m like do you ever see Burger King or McDonald’s close down? She says that’s fast food sir! Like I guess pharmacist helpers are way higher on the eating lunch chart? Not really sure. Very few businesses close down for lunch in fact I cannot think of one other than Kroger. Old Review This pharmacy is a complete disaster!!! I show up at 10:00am and the sign in the window shows "Closed?" The hours displayed on the window shows that they open at 8:00am? I call in to the pharmacy, and I'm told they are short staffed? Guess what, the whole world is short staffed! How hard would it be to put that you are OPEN inside on a note on the window? There are too many places for me to get a prescription filled and spend my money. Walgreens here I come!

Very long lines, wait 4 days for refill to be ready/filled. This area has far outgrown the store for many, many years now. Time to build a new one.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place doesn't care about the patients. They don't do their jobs and they keep pushing people's medication off to the point they miss a dose. If your insurance can cover anyplace else, I would do so. Don't waste your time here.

I love this pharmacy! Yes you do have to wait sometimes but that's everywhere because everyone is short staffed. If you have ever had to deal with the Kroger Pharmacy on Erie and Grand then you wouldn't complain at all about waiting at this one they are way better then that Kroger's. At least you can get scripts same day here at this one. And staff has always been friendly to me. So thank you.
