They cant follow box instructions for sure. Label says "perishable - UP" in a few places and these people put it any which way they want. Shows up late frequently on top of that. I understand that they may be stressed, over worked, whatever.... but they have a job to do. if they wont do the job they specialize in properly, what are they really doing in the delivery game?

Fast service within the 4 hour window. However… the customer service can be better. Had a couple of experiences with a certain person on the phone. You can feel she tends to get snippy and easily frustrated. Had an experience recently where I was confused on a situation and did not hear her correctly and misinterpreted what she was saying… she immediately lost her cool and got loud with me for a bit.. it was so unprofessional. When I reminded her about directions for the drivers to call my number she told me “Yeah we got it.” It was in a tone as if she was saying “DUH WE KNOW THIS ALREADY” Even though when I don’t remind her the drivers get confused when they arrive and no one tells them about the specific instructions to enter the building. Anyways, I usually do not complain or write reviews but my recent experience with this woman bothered me. I am patient and try to be nice and I understand talking with multiple people over the phone can be draining, but I suggest not to have an attitude with someone over the phone who is NOT trying to give you a hard time. Meditate, do yoga, take a breather, or find a job that doesn’t require so much interaction.
