I have been going to this laundromat for nine years it was always great the machines were clean and in good repair. Until the last year or so. The machines are always broken and dirty. Three machines have been replaced but the rest of the …Hi Nuna, we apologize for the negative experience that you recently had. In the last two years we have actually increased our cleaning from once a day to twice a day, seven days a week. We have increased our maintenance/lint schedule as well to do our best at keeping all machines clean and in working order. Unfortunately we have had to raise some prices only to keep up with rising expenses, as well as to allow us to continue to invest into the business to continue to make it better for everyone. We made the decision to invest into those dryers because of the amount of costumers who love them because they do a great job (when there is not an issue of course). Unfortunately things do still break and we recently had an issue with two stack dryers that were not drying that it sounds like may have been the ones you used. They are in the process of being fixed right now (waiting on parts)! Anytime you have an issue you can grab an out of order slip provided at the laundromat and fill out the bottom half and we are always happy to send you a refund! If there is ever an issue we are always here to make it right! Thanks, and have a great day!
