Dr. Klein has been my orthopedic doctor for over 20 years now and has got me through 11 knee surgeries. The doctor's at this office are all amazing and genuinely care about your medical care. Would recommend this practice and any doctor in it to anybody!

This group practice was under the UofR. We prefer Strong doctors as we get a significant discount. Dr. Meyer works on big men, so that is why we stuck with them. Richester Regional, in my opinion, lured the practice away with a remodeled hospital and state of the art operating rooms. Our experience was horrible. Besides the distance, we were lied to. They blindsided me with demanding our copay up front, instead of allowing to pay off over a couple of months. My credit is excellent by the way. On day of surgery, my diabetic husband had the last surgery. He didn't get to his room until after 5pm. By then, THEIR FOOD SERVICE HAD CLOSED! My diabetic husband was left with no food choices!! No food at all!! A.nurse was nice enough to share her lunch with him!! Even at the administrative meeting where I had to pay the copay, she assured us his rehab had been approved, and it would just be another room within the hospital. But, it was denied! I should have refused harder, but I was mad!
You mean total knee replacement? Yes, but the procedure is done at clifton springs hospital.
