This is the worst experience I've ever had at this hospital. I've been here for almost 4 hours and haven't seen a Dr yet. In pain, but made to wait so long...while others who came in after me are taken care of. Not happy at all.

it's sad that I was told by someone I know that one of his loved one was passing away in your hospital and was told one minute that he can bring her children to say good bye to their mother then was called 30 minutes later to tell him that he couldn't bring them because of COVID protocols. what COVID protocols? if the masks work and they were following the protocols why couldn't they say bye to her? it makes me sick that you guys denied her children to say bye to her and wonder how many families have been denied. Thompson needs to look at their protocols and see if they really serve the community.

Dr. Powers operated on my daughter in what SHOULD have been a routine lapryscopic gall bladder surgery six weeks ago! He completely botched the surgery and had to have a REAL doctor at another hospital fix his screw up! Get ready for a very large malpractice lawsuit!
