This was my first time staying here. I am a Wyndham guest. Walking in as it was apx 10:30 pm when I arrived from Buffalo, I was greeted like I was coming home. It was refreshing and made me "feel" good. I checked out around 8am stopped for gas and pastry at the Casino as I was on my way to visit friends in Boston....in an instant, I got terrible stomach pains, I know what it was and I was having a kidney stone issue...I returned to the hotel and asked if I could please have my room back for an hour or two...they agreed without any hesitation...luckily I was able to take an anti inflammatory and proceed to drive back to Buffalo. So many times, decisions are "corporate" and have no leniency. Kudos to the entire staff. Please continue your exemplary customer service.

We asked to get a room changed because of noise (kids who there using the pool). The gentleman at the front desk gave us a new room and was terrific. No problems the rest of the stay. Highly recommend. The do advertise shuttle service so we called. We were told it was down being serviced. Very disappointed.

No hot water was the biggest complaint! Manager came to room and said give it some time to get hot. Well if 20 minutes isn’t long enough than I don’t know what is! Then he told us we should of been put on the other end of the hotel closer to the hot water system. Hot tub didn’t even have hot water just luke warm and half the jets weren’t working. Pool room had a musty odor to it. Heater was loud and we wasn’t the only ones complaining about that. Couldn’t sleep because of that and the beds not being comfortable. Breakfast was not good unless you like carbs because that’s what it was. We wanted to try a different Wyndham hotel but not again!

First time at this hotel and the staff was so nice as soon as we came to check in. We got to our room and the room kinda smelled weird but not a bad smell at all. It was clean and price was very reasonable. They only thing I would change is the breakfast, my fiance went down to get breakfast and all he found was bagels, banana and that was all. When they told me breakfast would be there 7am-10am I thought it was going to be like french toast or pancakes and eggs, etc. And they had no toothpaste which I found weird because every hotel I go to has toothpaste. But overall stay was great, bed was comfy and I would book again. Thank you 😊
