I couldn’t be more dissatisfied. I went in to talk to the garage manager when my car was at another location and explained how much the other repair shop was going to charge me. He promised they could fix the car for several hundred dollars less. After paying $65 for a tow to their location my car sat in their back lot for 3 full days before they finally pulled it in a half hour before they leave for the entire weekend. They charged me $100 for a diagnosis that I explained I didn’t need because another shop had already diagnosed it for free. After paying the diagnostic fee they quoted me a completely different price that was four times higher then what they quoted originally. So not only did they not do the job for several hundred less then the last place but they cost me $165 to realize I can’t let them do the work because they lied about the cost. Four days of my time was wasted and $165 wasted and in the end the car didn’t get fixed there because they lied. Never going back. Also, the garage manager was real nice until I towed my car there, then his attitude towards me changed and he got rude with me. Not giving money to people who lie and are rude and cheat you out of unnecessary money that didn’t need to be spent.
