Can’t say enough great things about my experience buying a GC1723E Massey from Mike T at CNY. It’s been a year now and, although a vendor fell behind on an implement, Mike was always timely to respond to my emails and kept me informed. He also helped with a warranty time. The parts and service department have equally been very easy and nice to deal with.

No, the sillinoid pulls in to spin the starter motor. Need to trace wires , with meter, ; but, probably a blown fuse. That's where one needs to start checking.
