It's a gas station. They charge gas station prices for things you would normally expect to find there, and the restrooms are about as clean as you would expect.

Just got 1000 dollars worth of fuel then they tell me I have to pay for parking if you are getting fuel you should not have to pay to park when you got all the locals parking in the free parking area

Be careful with fuel cards. Use app or go inside. Alot of fuel card fraud been going on at Pilot Flying Js in Houston.

For 17 dollars the shower, minimum I would expect the bathroom to be clean and not, bathroom not cleaned and without toilet paper, very bad service and very expensive

Good luck... I'm not a driver... this area is fairly close to the woodlands...rich folks... and that group of people tend to be whiny spoiled brats...
This has got to be the worst flying j in the country, was here for 3 days over new year, has to pay to park, very few free spots,and if you dont pay the Texas Gestapo security come and tell you to move, and the wifi is totally non existant in the truck... disgusting place, never again.
I been going there for about 2 years and thats the way its always been i think they need to hire a more professional manager who will require more professionaism from his emplyees! The turnaround on employees shows no change in leadership
The signs shouldn't matter we are drivers and we park at every other Flying J or Pilot we spend money at these places the signs should be there for other people that leave there cars there not for people that drive OTR or Expediting services not being able to rest and then if something happens or the driver causes a accident it's gonna be on the driver because the GM is not allowing parking cuz of other people....
They are the security for the lot and the flying j people don't have anything to do with them got woke up at 2am buy one of them and he made me move and to top it off my log tripped for 9 sec and screwed everything up never stopping here again if it can be helped worst one I've ever been to

Well I got on the website and it turns out they have overnight RV parking dedicated they also have two dedicated fueling stations with dump stations and potable water so the answer is yes you can fill your water tanks when I went over it was no charge its only $5 to dump and fuel is is good prices anywhere
It's a Truck stop. So they have gifts like any travel station. They sell things for car and big truck like oil, headsets, chargers. Not sure if they do repairs. If the do its probably for the 18 wheelers.
Unfortunately, they do not at this time, but possibly in the future.
