Not good. The company is falling apart. Never on time and never speedy results. Been using them for years and wish I had another option.

I’d like to pass along how great you and your team were in assisting us with our recent Allergen scare. Obviously, working in the food & beverage industry, anytime a possible allergen contamination occurs reverberations spread throughout the company. With the excellent service provided, great communication throughout the process and extremely fast turnaround of the test result, we were able to put the issue to rest. Kudos to you and your team.

Questions & Answers

I picked up tests kits for home water for nitrates and minerals but I did not see any instructions on collecting the samples other than designating were the sample was taken, kitchen / bathroom. How full do I fill the bottles?

Sampling Instructions for Residential Well Water 1. Sample collection shall be from the COLD-water kitchen or bathroom tap. 2. Lead analyses (if required) must be from a first-draw sample. First-draw tap sample for lead shall be one (1) liter in volume and have stood motionless in the plumbing system for at least SIX hours. 3. After collecting the first-draw sample for lead (if required), run cold tap water for at least two (2) minutes prior to collecting the remaining sample containers. 4. Fill the additional containers to the neck. CAUTION: Do not touch the inside of the bottles or caps. 5. Keep the sample on ice (do not freeze) during transit to the laboratory. 6. Return to Microbac Laboratories within 6 hours of collection time for bacteriological testing. **Please make sure and fill to the 100 mL line marked on bottle container**

are you able to test lake water for unsafe levels of contaminants that might cause health issues? if so do you have a sample kit to collect samples? Cost of the tests and typical lead time for the results.
