This used to be a nice place....Went to remove the memorial decorations from my parents grave sites only to find that they had already been removed. When I went to inquire at the office I was greeted by a rude lady that clearly didnt want to be bothered....was told "well they're gone" when I pointed out that I was there prior to the deadline nothing should have been removed yet, she reluctantly made a phone call only to tell me that, "it's gone" calling the head office, they had no right touching that stuff until after the deadline.

need to call the office. you will not get valid info in this forum. Elan is very "picky" about things.. but what business for profit isnt.. Dont let your emotions alter your logical decisions. If you own by title the lot, then you are responsible, same as owning a house. There will be a cost. Maybe a brand new marker, may be cheaper and think how everyone loves new things. The memorial field only maintains grass length and marker maintenance if THEY damage during lawn care.. Otherwise its yours, but they will charge you a removal fee. Only way to sell lots, is advertise. closest potential users are receiving Press Enterprise, or Craigslist.. other wise its your anchor to drag. Elan will NOT purchase back
