Baron had my car from 9:05 am until I picked up the car at or around 5pm. My tires were replaced but no recall programming was done as anticipated and my car was still dirty, no courtesy wash. My other issues weren’t addressed either. Not pleased at all. Time is the most valuable commodity we have, and my time was wasted.

Poor communication, poor time expectation setting, poor time management. Appointment service advisor, Michael, then through the day is Ryan, then Travis, then Rocky. Nothing accomplished in 6 hours. Then, the advisor says what they recommended except never did anything about the main reason of the appointment. Oh, and no report was send either like they always do. This place was efficient, had high standards, and great communication. Now everything is just excuses and poor leadership top to bottom. No sense of urgency and respect. What happened to the this location. Why should I recommend it to others now?
