Unacceptable and unprofessional actions. My husband put a $5,000.00 deposit on a 2023 Range Rover, to which he also agreed to pay $50,000.00 over asking to secure the vehicle, and immediately booked a flight for the following day to retrieve the vehicle. Upon arrival, he was met by his Salesman and Management to inform him they would not be selling him the vehicle with little to no explanation. He fully intended to purchase the vehicle and drive it back to our home in Minnesota. Unacceptable and unprofessional from this Dealership.

I stopped at Aristocrat Motors yesterday to purchase two baseball caps with Maserati and Alfa Romeo logos on them. This was an incredible experience from start to finish. I parked in the lot, then went into the Maserati showroom. A gentleman sitting at a desk greeted me and asked if he could be of assistance. I told him that I just wanted to purchase a couple of baseball caps with Maserati and Alfa Romeo logos. He told me that I could purchase those in the parts department and gave me directions as to where they were located. We had a pleasant conversation about the meeting with people in Italy that he was getting ready for. Then I walked outside and went into the Jaguar showroom. A lady sitting at a reception desk by the front door greeted me when I walked in and asked if she could be of assistance. I said that I wanted to purchase a baseball cap with the Jaguar logo. She told me that those were available in Jaguar parts and gave me clear directions on where they were located. She also was very gracious and considerate in how she dealt with me. I walked back and got into my car, then drove over to the parts department. Two gents were out front, washing and detailing cars, and I walked over to them. Before I could say anything, one of them asked if they could be of assistance. I asked them where the entrance to the parts department was so that I could buy some ball caps. The young man said, "Of course, Sir. Just walk down to the breezeway and turn left. Then walk straight and turn left again. Then go straight until you see the double doors. Go inside and they will have a case with baseball caps." I thanked him then proceeded as directed. When I got to the double doors a young man inside the door opened the door for me and greeted me. He asked if he could be of assistance. I told him that I just wanted to purchase some baseball caps. He walked me over to the case and showed me the selections. I asked him where are the caps were with the Maserati and Alfa Romeo logos. He replied, "Oh, this is Mercedes-Benz parts, Sir. I need to take you over to the Maserati and Alfa Romeo parts area." He then proceeded to walk me, about a block away, to the parts department for Maserati and Alfa Romeo. He took me inside and led me over to the case. He told me that when I decided on the ones I wanted, Derek could help me, and that Derek would be back shortly. Derek was back quickly. He asked me which caps I wanted, then removed them and the price information from the case, and told me that I could wait there as he had to have the parts department write these up. I told him that I would walk over with him so as not to cause him an extra trip. The transaction was completed and I told Derek how impressed I was with the level of customer service displayed by everyone at Aristocrat Motors. Without a doubt. This was a standard of customer service to which everyone should aspire. Thank you to all at Aristocrat Motors, for making a minor purchase a majorly pleasurable experience.

Took my care in due to a flat tire so I was running on my spare. Benjamin did a great job working me in, took it upon himself to fix the tire and didn't charge me for the work as it was a simple fix. They could have easily told me I needed a new tire and I wouldn't have know otherwise. This is the type of honesty you want from your car dealership. Great work by Benjamin!

By far the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. Our sales person Chris, was awesome. He ensured we were taken care of from the start and also followed up after the sale. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here.
