Because of covid 19, I don't think so.
You can usually find a place that offer free rabies vaccinations, as for the distemper I would suggest calling and asking. It's been too long to remember. Either way, GVC always worked with us even when we didn't have the money.
I just had this issue. I am told nothing is on digital, Xrays as well. Records had to be picked up. No emails, no faxes. I had to have one of my kiddos to pick them up. Although I am not sure if they got her xrays, which I specifically asked for. I will see if all her records are there when I receive them.
