The only thing I would like if they put in there advert that they are in open field camping. No shade what do ever. I am used to camping in the Adirondack area and not used to camping like this. Add heat and no cell service at all. I no people want to get away from the phone thing but let’s face it it’s todays world. No Wi-Fi. The campers are line up in a row and in front of you is more campers along the edge of the road. Again nothing wrong with this if their advertising was more clear. I actually showed up and back in dumped my tanks and left. It was brutally hot and didn’t want to sit inside the camper.

I have been to a few dozen RV sites over the past few years. This is by far the worst RV site. 1. Almost impossible to get to, you absolutely have to follow the directions on the website or you will get stuck in the hills of NY trying to fit under a tunnel. Do not follow your GPS. 2. The grounds are not keep up at all. My site was between two permanent "natives" and it was an absolute dump. They do not put the transients next to each other, you are mixed in with the natives and they pretty much dont like you 3. Access around the site is awful, I hope you are good at fitting into tight spots 4. The natives love to yell at everyone especially if you go over the 5mph speed limit (which by the way is almost impossible even at idle) 5. Of the 12 times I called the office to either schedule my visit or even after I got there, they answered once. 6. Just because the store hours say its open from 8-8, dont worry, its not. They close whenever they feel like. Do not go here. Ever.

The sites are pretty tight, with little landscaping, but lots of nice grass and lovely pond. After a moderate rain - huge pot holes and mud! There are a lot of "regulars" here, but all seemed very nice and inviting - nice to see people having such a good time. The staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend this campground if you are in the area and don't mind kind of primitive accomodations. It's a campground not an RV resort! Reasonable price for full hook-ups.

Worst camping experience I have had. Was put into a site with( permanent) residents, very loud, rude and cliqueish group that did not control their dogs. Paid for a full 50 amp site and was put into a 30 amp site on the side of a drop off. No enforcement of park rules, at dusk the fireworks ( prohibited) started and continued all evening. Locals driving up and down the road in loud side by sides all evening. It was so bad that we forfeited a paid night and left the next morning. Definitely recommend not considering this place!!!

You will have to call them to see if yoy can secure a space for the amount of time you want to stay there. Its one of the nicest camp grounds ive ever camped in and i grew up camping and throughout my life.
