Humid hot hallways, dirty comforter, dirty washcloths, pool cloudy with hair floating in it, dirty clothes and wet towels left in the hallway outside of pool area. Was told I couldn’t get clean sheets til morning, staff didn’t know where cleaning supplies were so I could clean MY OWN room. Immediately checked out after issues weren’t rectified. Male at front said he wouldn’t even stay there- but “we are all booked up”. Manager acted like she was appalled yet never got back with me. Don’t waste your time or health booking with this establishment.

This hotel is convenient for us. Very clean, bed was comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

If you are on a strict budget, this hotel was below standards, but was ok, but in no way would impress anyone staying there. Among the many amenities missing was an elevator!!!

This Quality Inn met our expectations. Pros: A comfortable and clean bed in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and attentive, while the lobby and dining areas were clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast. The swimming pool and fitness room were open. The price was exceptional! Cons: The grounds need attention. The trash receptacle at the side entrance was overflowing for the entire weekend. There were cigarette butts, empty containers, and litter in the parking lot. Short staffed; only one person was assigned to handle both breakfast and the front counter, so customers had to wait to checkout while those dining were left with no eggs, home fries, or bacon/sausage. Leaky faucets and peeling paint in bathroom. Overall: Barely good enough. Needs improvement. It wouldn't take much attention from management to provide a better customer experience for this well priced and friendly staffed hotel. Let's hope they take the necessary actions to "step up their game".
