I had a leak in my transmission cooling line. They unclamped the hose, re-clamped it, and charged me $189. This seems outrageous already, but it didn't stop the leak (even though they said it had) and they added way too much ATF. I called them, and they suggested replacing the transmission lines as they were rusty. They quoted an additional $700. This is a somewhat straightforward job that should cost $200-$400. I complained about this to the manager and he said he "wouldn't blame me if I looked elsewhere". Translation "We're awful, and we know it". I highly advise you take your car somewhere else.

Hunt's is fantastic, recommend 100%, but they're very busy and I don't know if they're open on the 4th. They're always prompt and friendly on the phone, though, so it's worth a call.

I have all season tires on my jeep. I've been told that it is best to change the tires to winter tires if the temperature drops below 44'F. Do you change and store tires so that I can return in the spring and have my old tires put back on? Thanks

Well that's just silly that's why you buy all season tires that's all I run on my cars all year and I don't have any problems if you can't drive your Jeep in the snow with all season tires on it then snow tires aren't going to do you any help if I was you I'd call Hunt and ask but I pretty sure they'll give you the same answer
