Came in with cellulitis, got a random antibiotic suggestion. Fine so far. Came back with half my foot inflamed in infection, got another antibiotic that didn't work, went to ER, needed surgery.

Visited last summer, was seen very quickly (they’d been swamped that day), and was completely misdiagnosed and prescribed medication I didn’t need. Had the PA taken time to listen to my symptoms, accurate diagnosis would have been simple.

Fantastic experience yesterday at Immediate Care! Everyone was compassionate and professional. They got me a room immediately, and the medical assistant got right to it. The nurse and the physician's assistance quickly identified the right tests and gave the results right away. I was there no more than 20 minutes and left with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Very satisfied patient!

We do take walk-ins but it can be helpful to call first. X-rays are available just around the corner, should one be needed.
