I needed an important prescription and the pharmacy never let me know they didn’t have it in stock. When I called they couldn’t transfer my RX, only one, and I had to wait on the phone for 5 minutes and call multiple times only to find out the new pharmacy needed to call to request the single RX get transferred. This whole experience taking more than two hours…

The past couple of months. Kinney drugs on triphammer rd has gotten very SLOW, at filling prescriptions. On Tuesday September 13. The pharmacist was very rude. My sons medication was not done. Even though it was supposed to be done they day before. The pharmacist then told me i should have called earlier. I did on September 10.

The line for the pharmacy is beyond ridiculous. It’s consistently happened regardless of the day or time. There were 2 cars ahead of me 25 minutes ago when I first arrived. There is still one. Finally about to leave!!! Everything else is fine. Just so slow!!

You can go to Kinneydrugs.com, they have the scheduling link there. You can also go to Tompkinscountyny.gov to register with the Cayuga med vaccination site. Keep in mind there are no doses available yet so you have to keep checking both pages everyday. Good luck.
