Each site in White Birch is individually owned, so all sites are permanent sites. Sites are not available for rent.
Sites are individually owned and sold through realtors. When a site is listed for sale, photos are always included.
At present the campground does not have lake access because of the severe erosion from recent years of high water levels. A free public beach is available at Sodus Point.
You own your property. There is an HOA fee. There are open sites your own rv on the site. Mostly seasonal living with fixed camps.
Yes, the association fee is paid per lot owned.
