Located at the site of a former elementary school (Greenport School) which had a lot of property at the intersection of Union Turnpike (Route 66) & Maple Avenue. The gymnasium was saved and transformed into an elegant banquet Hall. A sprawling property with many residential units. It's about 2 miles north of Downtown Hudson, and less than a mile from a major shopping & services area. Right across the street is a small complex with a Mobil Station, convenience store, liquor store, and an A&W restaurant.

This review is for the beautiful medi- spa in the Falls Spa. I have cosmetic injections performed regularly there with Nurse Natalie. Not only is she extremely kind, gentle, and knowledgeable in a variety of cosmetic techniques, she is also an EXPERT injector who studied under some of the world’s best teachers. I can’t express enough how impressed I am with her results. Symmetrical, subtle, tasteful, and safe all describe my results here. I used to go totop dermatologists in Manhattan, but now am in love with the Hudson Valley. There is no need to travel far, because world class beauty help either for your special day or just for your personal “upkeep” can absolutely be found here. Make sure you schedule enough time in advance, especially if you are a bride to be. After that, if you are lucky enough to see Natalie regularly for Botox or a tasteful bit of filler here or there ( lips, eyes, cheeks,) no one will know because she is such a good cosmetic nurse.

PSA- Sure the apartments are nice, I had JMS as a landlord for 3 years and never had any problems while I was there and we were respectful tenants. When it came to moving out though, they refused to give me my security deposit back or communicate with me, additionally they stole money from my account after I moved out after I confirmed twice that I was out of their system. So after three months of unreturned emails and phone calls I notified them of an impending law suit to recoup my $2,000, which was the only thing that got me my money back. I talked to two other tenants who moved out before us and they both had the same issue, one never got any money back and the other had to threaten court. Since they did this to everyone I talked to, I'm assuming it's a standard business practice and thus let this serve as a PSA of sorts- know your rights. New York State General Obligations Law §7-108 states the landlord has 14 days to give the security deposit back (or an itemized description of why they are withholding) or they forfeit the right to retain any of of your money. Hopefully this helps someone.
