The day time maintenance gentleman Donnie is very friendly and over worked . Most of the tenant's are friendly and courteous. The Lock out person is usually drinking or smoking pot while he is working. Half the time people are knocking on my door looking for him,to let them in or make new key card for their room, the weekend of May 23rd he took off fishing with friends which left no one to let people in. His hour's are Monday threw Saturday 5pm-7am. Sundays full 24hours.

Nice long term rooms. The only problems I see. First they do have new coin operated washer and dryer, but no change machines. Another thing is there ad states the bar/ grill and pool are open, and they are not

Formerly a thriving resort hotel. Currently a rent a room by the month residence hotel. Lots of drug use observed when picking up/ dropping off an acquaintance.

This place screams "not my job". Old chairs are just sitting on the lawn next to the balcony. Barely functional bathrooms. Who ever owns the place couldn't care less about the state it is in. You genuinely feel like you are in danger due to the state of disrepair and trash all over the area. Really sad cause it would have a good view otherwise. Food was mediocre at best and from what we were told was originally promised, it was missing quite a bit. Having helped in several events at other locations personally, I'm confused how the staff had no organization or details. They seemed more confused than the hosts on what was happening and that comes down to just piss poor management. Don't bother with parties here unless you can carry the weight alone but are willing to pay them on a tier you'd expect them to be organizers themselves. Just a total waste of a great location.

While I was there there were a couple people who were staying there longer term weekly I'm not sure on the prices tho.
You can smoke outside the bar. It's the nicest part of the ENTIRE hotel.
