The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. Drove 2 hours to see their collection of Funko Pops they had, and also to try and trade my own in. The employee with the glasses, pink hair, and septum piercing was RUDE as hell. They asked us how much we were looking for, when we said our price, the employee laughed, rolled their eyes and said “absolutely not” in disgust and just walked away. Not to mention they were on the computer the entire time with ear buds in. Looked and acted miserable when we asked questions. My other friend had asked if they would want her Funko and a trade in value for it. The employee snatched the box out of her hand, went to the back, and 2 seconds later came back and said “zero % interest”, and that the box was in horrible condition when it wasn’t AT ALL. If you want customers to have a good experience, hire employees that actually want to work

good selection, your going to pay up for it though. expect to pay over market value for most items but there's a good chance you'll find hard to find items here.

I really liked this establishment, however, I felt that a lot of things were really overpriced. They had some really good stuff, but it was ridiculously priced.
