Thrive Allen County's commitment to bettering the whole of their community is beyond admirable. Their work with community engagement, economic development, healthcare, education and advocacy, transportation, and bikes and trails, is second to none. Every community would be lucky to have an organization like Thrive.

Just teying to research on what THRIVE has done for the community. I know we has trails as all the other townships around us. Can someone answer this, or give me a link to research.

Hi Tabitha, The best resource would be our website: www.thriveallencounty.org. You can see all the different areas and projects we work on. You can also check out our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/thriveallencounty/ We have been instrumental in lowering the county uninsured rate from 21% in 2013 to 8.8% today. We have helped to create almost 40 miles of trails and routes in Allen County (up from 0 ten years ago). We have collaborated with local communities to create fitness centers, park enhancements, etc. And we helped turn Stub's Market in Moran into a locally owned co-op (Marmaton Market) and recruited G&W Foods grocery store to Iola, as well as worked on building the first market-rate apartments in 20 years on the same site as G&W. I hope this helps! Lisse Regehr Deputy Director of Outreach and Advocacy Thrive Allen County
