Only open two days a week so the lines are ridiculously long and you can't make an appointment because their phone line is ALWAYS busy. You're better off going to Chanute, they are actually friendly unlike the trolls in the Iola office.

Kayla has been so kind and helpful during our moving process. She is patient (despite my toddler's tantrums while getting my license transferred to KS), understanding and goes above and beyond. The first time I went in, the system went down right as we were finishing. She called me the next day they were open and told me she had an apt available so I could get back in without waiting. It was all truly the easiest, least painful dmv process I've ever had.

Kayla was wonderful to work with! The DMV has a bad rep with the previous workers, but she was so KIND! She got me in right away and was so easy to work with! I was nervous going in, but she was amazing!
