Been eating Whataburger do 60 years. And this was the most bad thing I've ever eaten. The meat was soggy and had gristle. The lettuce had big pieces of stem. Pickles didn't taste right. The Chocolate shake was great. Wonder how long before they mess that up too. What a pitiful shame to ruin such a great place

We waited in line at lest an hour or more, only to have cold food. How could the food be cold with others waiting also. We ordered online only to get to the window and no order. The night manager asked if we ordered at the right location, yes I did. She asked me to find the ordered and I did. Finally she took my phone and came back with drinks and then the food. Cold food. Very disappointing. Fact is the online system had been turned off.

The food was ok. The fries were old, but those cinnamon rolls are always so ooey, gooey, good. They have just the right amount of icing and are always warm. When you cut them, it's like the icing in the middle as well. It's super moist!!

I Dont Know what all the hype is about….Burger was ok. Pretty bland, Fries were good. Service wasnt nothing to brag about.
