For older apartments they are actually not bad. The complaints I have are tiny and the new property manager has been working on most of them.

I lived there for only 6 months and my washer broke for a month and a half and the team, had bad communication skills and I was left with no washer for two months and when it was time to move out they refused to give me my refund back and started saying I owe them rent money when I was settling all the funds monthly with people from the office and made sure I had no late fees yet they took all the deposit money and theft me and overcharged me. I don’t recommend living here specially if you have to pay rent by yourself.

I have really enjoyed living at Berkshire 54. The location is great, the staff is super helpful, and the maintenance is friendly. I have enjoyed the gym and the pool. I have no had many reasons to call maintenance, but one time and they arrived the next day and fixed the drain. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the price is fantastic. Also the parking lot being gigantic is amazing.
