Working with Terra Nova Global Properties, specifically, our realtor, Tom Wiltberger, was such a pleasure! Tom was very knowledgeable about the area and showed us several housing options across our budget. He took the time to understand what we wanted in a home and always responded quickly to our questions and comments. In fact, Tom generated lots of ideas that we hadn't thought of and was a terrific advocate during our negotiation and closing phases. He continued to provide lots of support even after closing by referring local contractors and connecting us with home utilities and area favorites. Tom was smart, fun, and patient... all-in-one! We also appreciated the help of the larger Terra Nova team (thank you, Joy and Isabelle!) who were always kind and responsive too. We couldn't recommend a better bunch!
