Run away. The property agent, Rebecca Smith, is an absolute Nightmare-Karen. If you can afford better, don't waste your time like we did. She assumes that every potential tenant is a desperate criminal. She was extremely rude and suspicious of us even though we were very polite and more than willing to provide proof of everything necessary. She so clearly doesn't like young people with $$$ and more education than her. It's depressing that some people have to go through such a nasty Karen just for basic shelter... crazy. We only wanted to keep saving money by having a shorter commute, but thanks for making us appreciate our current home at Village Terrace Apartments more than ever. We've lived there for 5 years with no problems at all and their rent is about the same AND is paid online. Just saying. 😉

When you come to the complex it’s very hard to find a parking spot open at buildings 18 and 19 especially when you have groceries and kids with you you have to park your car down at the other complex buildings and have to walk all the way back to your building ALSO there is not enough lighting what so ever at night. It’s very dark and you can barley see anything.
