When I first opened the account I was unable to use my new card at Walmart. Whatever new card.I called chase they told me it was fix. Next time at Walmart, 6 months later, card did not work. I called again they wrote me an email letter telling my it was my fault their card didn't work at walmart??!? So if you would like your concerns addressed or wish not to be lied to by your banks costumer service or even want you card to be able to make purchase, this is not thebank for you.

They are truly amazing! Their customer service is always fantastic, very friendly and helpful especially during very stressful times! I absolutely love this bank and feel very protected and safe with them! Wish I could give them 10 stars! Thank you for all you do!

They always great you with a smile and always give there best, I have never had a problem with them. They have helped me reopen my account set up a savings and they put the customer first, and they are quick they don't make you wait around if you need any help.

This Chase Bank branch has the nicest and most helpful group people working there. They have treated me like family and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The customer service is outstanding and it continues to be my favorite branch!
