We felt very welcomed when we walked in. They have plenty of washers (20lbs, 40lbs, 60lbs) and dryers. They also offer drop-off laundry service. All the machines are electric pay and so you will need to purchase a card. This place was great for our traveling family. A large lot for our 26' Class C RV too!

I arrived here at 7:15 to pick up my laundry. Even though it said on the door that the business closed at 7:30, the doors were locked and lights were off. I pounded on the door and the woman inside completely ignored me and I was even yelling through the door. I tried to call the business and they wouldn't answer the phone. I didn't know what else to do, so I called the police. The woman finally came to the door and told me she could close whenever she wanted to and we got in a verbal argument. She told me she was absolutely not letting me come get my clothes. My boyfriend showed up and knocked on the door and asked for a manager's number and she dodged the question and said she would give him a business card. The business card just had the same number I had been calling on it. My boyfriend then again asked her for a managers number and she ignored him. We waited for the police to show up which as about 20 more minutes. We told the cop what was going on and he knocked on the door and they talked for a second, and he said I was good to get my clothes. She was on the phone with someone in front of us and was talking smack about us when we were right there. We have spent so much money here. We've been coming to this laundromat for about a year and I am appalled that they have the audacity to close early while they still have clothes inside, and then turn it around and gaslight the customer. I have 20 dollars on their stupid cards they make you use and its money going to waste. Never ever going back.

First time at this location and I plan to return. Facility was maintained on the exterior as well as interior. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Machines worked efficiently and I like that they have a card that you purchase to load money onto to prevent having to carry rolls of quarters around.Tara, thanks so much for your kind words about our staff, machines, and facility. We thank you for the help you are providing our community in need. Our system automatically provides an audible alert eight times before closing. We will continue to refine our closing systems so that our patrons are fully aware of our closing time and that these inconveniences can be minimized in the future.
