iPhone 11 touch screen not responding. Verison and Apple store twice, trIed resetting with no luck. Stopped by LKN yesterday to get price to replace touch screen so I could transfer info to new phone. In less than 5 minutes had my phone reset and offered to help transfer my info. My wife has taken the kids iPads in for broken screens a few times in the past. She’s always been very happy with the service and price. Today, my iPhone 11 semi-froze up and I couldn’t even reboot it. I remembered my wife said how great they were so I swung by, desperate. Took him 3 seconds to get it going again. My phone was CRUSHED. There were irreplaceable photos on it and I had been told they could not be retrieved because my iCloud had been turned off. Jason did the impossible and got them off the destroyed phone and onto a flash drive. On top of that he showed tips for my new 13. These guys are awesome!
