Don’t go any other place for your custom food trailer build! Period! Stop looking any place else for your custom food trailer build. By all mean look but, you will eventually come right back to Custom Trailer Pros! We could have stopped with the first sentence but then you wouldn’t have gotten to hear about our incredible experience. Everyone on their Team is an all star. From Justin the Owner answering our initial call to George (Sales & Marketing Manager), Kaitlyn (Project Manager) and Jon (Service Manager). We could not have asked for a more professional team, experience and final outcome. The craftsmanship is unmatched and they went beyond to make everything easy and fluid. They were incredibly communicative and were constantly giving us updates. From the very first phone call to the day of pickup we were always saying how great CTP was to work with throughout the whole process! And it doesn’t stop there. They are there for you after you pickup and I have a very strong feeling, will be there long after. We are in the market for a Shave Ice trailer. We found the perfect trailer on YouTube from custom trailer pros. I contacted the company ready to make a purchase. I wanted to have a breakdown of the costs and I was informed by Jarrod one of their salespeople that they cannot give me a cost breakdown. That didn't make sense to me and I'm sure if they were buying a trailer they would want a cost breakdown as well. Jarrod then proceeded to tell me that their company was not a g ood fit for Me just because I asked for a breakdown of equipment costs and options cost. Very poor way to run a business and lost a sale for 2 trailers from my family. Whoever the owner is If I had employees like Jarrod working for me I would be in big trouble.
