Nicely paved walking trail along the river. Love to take the dogs for a walk. Nicely shaded area too which you'll appreciate during the summer months. Always a pleasant walk.

We love this trail because it feels like you are out in nature even though you are in town. This is a mixed trail of pavement and gravel following a creek. There is wildlife to see. There is also a kayak / canoe launch available.

I love the park. Its a great place to walk, jog or walk your pet. There are places to sit and enjoy the view or put in a kayak. Some areas are dirt trails and others have sidewalks. Regardless of you age or mobility, there is a trail for you. Plenty of parking. I've been there at different times and always feel safe. The only issue can be the mosquitoes. Its location makes it a prime breeding ground, so if you don't protect yourself, you'll end up being an insect's snack.

Great park for walking and riding bikes with kids or even dogs. Majority of the path is paved and winds along the river. There is even a little free library that is usually stocked. There is an open field where you can play soccer or kick/throw a ball and have a picnic.

Questions & Answers

Anyone else notice the replacement boards on the walkbridge do not look to be treated wood and they are already warping and raising up? I think the repairs, which are needed are not going to last.

The entirety of the wood walkway has warps and such. I'd class it as "at your own risk" at this point.

Are bikes allowed on this trail?
